"52" is like a book of beautiful poetry. The tunes are arranged in a rather reductive manner, so the themes come out very clear and straightforward. The other pieces (that don't rely on melody and rhythm in a traditional sense) reveal their structures & developments with iintense plasticity - of almost visual qualitiy. Should be savoured as a whole.
